Manufactured from 40Cr alloy steel (AISI 4140 / JIS SCM440 equivalent), this Generator Hexagon Bleed Screw delivers excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance, and long-term durability under high-pressure conditions. With an overall dimension of SW12 × 23.5 mm and precise across-flats tolerance SW12 (+0.1/-0.18 mm), it ensures secure tightening, efficient bleeding performance, and reliable operation in diesel engine generator systems.
